Help you successfully create or delegate a Meta Business Manager, add Facebook Page, connect Instagram and grant ZatroX Studio the correct access (dev@zatrox.com).
Course Level: Beginner
Audience: Non-technical users
Overview
To schedule posts, manage automations, and run integrations, ZatroX Studio needs access to your Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account inside Meta Business Manager. This guide walks you step-by-step through creating or accessing your Business Manager, adding your Page, linking Instagram, and giving us the permissions we need to manage your content.
Everything is designed for non-technical users with screenshot placeholders for easy guidance.

Facebook Page not showing?
You're likely not an Admin on Facebook itself.
Go to Page Settings → Page Roles and confirm.
Instagram not showing in Business Manager?
Disconnect IG from your Page, then reconnect.
Partner access not working?
Your Business may need verification in Meta Business Manager.
Instagram still personal?
Make sure you switched to a Business account, not “Creator.”
